1 Mission

A mixed-use residential/commercial development project in an urban node serving the community of Mission Hills in San Diego. Historic buildings are adaptively reused and incorporated into the project. Townhome entries at the street level activate the street and create a residential feel. The design plan for Paseo de Mission Hills is a direct result of Mission Hills neighbors and community planning groups input during community charrettes, workshops and meetings held.
