Mira Mesa Community Plan Update

The Mira Mesa Community Plan establishes the vision and strategy to guide the future growth and development within the community of Mira Mesa in the City of San Diego, consistent with the City’s General Plan. The Community Plan contains specific goals and policies to provide direction on what types of future uses and public improvements should be developed in the Mira Mesa community.
Spurlock provided research, analysis, and graphic support for the final document, with specific focus on Streets & Urban Forestry, Parks & Plaza Prototypes, and Street Sections & Urban Greening recommendations.
